Our Junior Team is comprised of several distinct levels, each designed to provide a structured and supportive environment for our dancers to excel. We take great pride in our thoughtful placement process, ensuring that every dancer is assigned to the level that best suits their current abilities and future growth at Dance Works. Our experienced staff carefully evaluates each dancer, allowing our junior members the opportunity to perform solos, duets, or trios, in addition to participating in all the team dances they are selected for. This comprehensive approach not only enhances their technical skills but also encourages individual expression and teamwork. Each member of our Junior Team trains two to three days a week, depending on the routines they are involved in. This schedule is meticulously designed to provide the right balance of rigorous training and ample practice time, ensuring our dancers receive the focused instruction they need to thrive. In addition to regular training, our Junior Team members have access to specialized workshops and master classes, further enriching their dance education.
